Last updated 20 October 2026. These terms cover your use of tollfair.com during the waitlist and catalogue preview.

## What Tollfair is today

Tollfair is software. In this preview we list metadata about data APIs and collect interest. We do not sell, resell, host or cache any publisher's data, and no grades or payments are live.

We never hold, receive or transmit funds. When payments go live, agents will pay sellers directly over x402 or a similar protocol.

## Listings

- Each listing links to its original publisher. We are not affiliated with a publisher unless its listing says Claimed.
- Descriptions are our own words. Check the publisher's own terms and licence before you use their data.
- Publishers can ask us to correct or remove a listing at hello@tollfair.com. We act on takedown requests within 48 hours.

## Stars and reports

One star per person per dataset. Stars measure demand, not quality, and never affect a grade. Don't use scripts or multiple accounts to inflate counts; we remove stars that look automated.

## No warranty

The catalogue is provided as is. Listings may be out of date. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or investment advice.

## Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
